My needs are met by an abundant and loving Universe.

I ask the Universe for the two things I need every day. My needs include enough food to eat, and a safe place to live. As long as I have something to eat and a place to sleep, I will have love to give. I will also ask for someone that needs my help. I have no greater joy than bringing kindness where there is none. It is my dream that I search the world over and find love and kindness everywhere I go.

Food and rest give me the physical strength I need to live a healthy life. As long as I can breathe I can help the person who does not have these things. Joy is a gift from the Universe for the kindness I share with the world. The universe is abundant and my needs are met today. My life is as abundant as the Universe. I will thank the Universe for all that I receive. I am grateful. I am safe. I am prosperous.

When I hurt my finger, I put on a band-aid. When I spill the milk I clean it up. I keep my house clean. I will do everything I can to maintain my spirit as well. In the morning I give my life to the Universe. I offer whatever is needed. Then, I relax and welcome the Universe into my thoughts, my dreams and my actions. I surrender to the Universe because the wisdom of the Universe will lead me to my purpose.

I will share the experience of my life with my family. My family grows every day. When I am conveying the message that I get when I listen to the Universe, my family is infinite. I will stand on the highest mountain and cry out the joy of loving myself. The more I love myself, the more love I share with my family. Now, I know who I am. Now, I know what to do. I will nurture relationships that are nurturing for me. I water the seed that I plant. I give it the fertilizer that it needs to grow healthy and strong. I generously feed my body healthy fruits and vegetables. I exercise to help my muscles grow. I do this for all of my physical needs and for those who depend on me. I will nurture my mind as well. I will read books that contain the wisdom of others. I will feed my mind the truth.

I will nurture relationships so that they thrive and grow. I will call my friends and say hello. I will tell the ones I haven’t seen in a while that I miss them. I will listen to the people that I love, with all of my heart. My attention will nurture the love I have for them. I will give them all of the attention that I have to give. When we are together I will nurture them with the greatest gift of all. We will share a loving embrace held long enough to share a breath. This is the breath that sustains me. When I nurture relationships they thrive and grow in quality and numbers.

I will visualize paradise. I will close my eyes and see an abundant life filled with peace and contentment. When I visualize paradise I will create a magnificent picture of my abundant life. I will feel the sensations of being in this picture. I will create a complete picture of what I have, what I feel and what I am.

I will feel the excitement of having abundance of love. I have family, friends and community. I am at peace and harmony with all of them. I feel the pride of being useful and helping others achieve their dreams as I have. I feel a great sense of gratification because I am well paid for what I do. I will feel the sense of contentment as I relax in my home. When I visualize paradise, home is my ultimate paradise. It is a monument to all that I desire. When I visualize paradise, I am home.

Love is the key to my well being. It is with me in body, mind and spirit. It is present in all my personal relationships. It is present in the business for which I have passion. It is the key to spiritual fulfillment. It is the light of the Universe.

I will love my body. I will exercise. I will take care of my skin, hair and nails. I will look at myself in the mirror and express the love I feel for myself. I will improve my mind by aligning my thoughts with the Universe. I will learn new things every day. I will seek spiritual progress every day by loving myself. I will seek it unconditionally. I will achieve clarity in my life today. I will be clear on account balances. I know when bills are due. I have all my appointments recorded on my calendar with sufficient reminders in place. I will make a note of upcoming social functions that I might be interested in. I will not miss one because I forgot about it. I will be current on all obligations. I will make lists for shopping. I will make lists of things I want to do.

In order to achieve peace and serenity on a daily basis, I must have a clear mind. I will not struggle with appointments, bills and dates dancing around in my head. They will be recorded in a way that makes my life clear. Only then will I have room for pleasure. Only then will I feel relaxed. I will achieve clarity today. I will be grateful for my clarity. Clarity of mind and heart is the greatest gift.

I dwell in the midst of Infinite Abundance. The Abundance of the Universe is my Infinite Source.

The River of Life never stops flowing. It flows through me into lavish expression. Good comes to me through unexpected avenues and the Universe works in a myriad of ways to bless me.

I now open my mind to receive my good. Nothing is too good to be true. Nothing is too wonderful to have happen. With the Universe as my Source, Nothing amazes me.

I am not burdened by thoughts of past or future. One is gone. The other is yet to come.

By the power of my belief, coupled with my purposeful fearless actions and my deep rapport with the Universe, my future is created and my abundance made manifest.

I ask and accept that I am lifted in this and every moment into Higher Truth. My mind is quiet.

From this day forward I give freely and fearlessly into life and Life gives back to me with magnificent increase. Blessings come in expected and unexpected ways. the Universe provides for me in wondrous ways.

I am indeed grateful. I am open to receive all good things. There is no limit to what I can achieve when I use the power of the Universe.

Every day is an opportunity. I will see it as such and think of all the things I would like to do. I can start with myself. I will give myself a manicure today. I am worth it. I also have the opportunity to do something nice for my home to honor the environment that protects me. I can plant a flower. Then, I will look out into the world. I will think, "If I could do anything for the world, What would I do?"

Today is an opportunity to show my love for the world. I will smile at a stranger. I will say "thank you" and "please". I will express my desires to the Universe. I will take the actions that are necessary to realize my desires. All it takes is one small gesture to change the world. It would be amazing if everyone did something to help change the world today. I will think of the results of my actions multiplied by 7 billion. There are no small gestures of kindness and love when they are carried out by everyone. I will do my share today.

I will invite the world to seek out and find joy today. For one day I will ask everyone to observe only the things in their lives that inspire them. I will ask the world to join me in a peaceful meditation to honor the things in our lives that inspire joy. I will suggest that everyone give all their attention to how it feels to own their joy.

I will change the focus of my energy today. I will not allow my thoughts to be dominated with that which needs fixing. If I only seek out what needs fixing I will never find peace. Instead, I will observe things just as they are. I will find that everything in the Universe in perfect. When I feel the perfection of the Universe I will understand that my life is abundant. My life is filled with things that inspire joy!
